Goods In
Non-booked Deliveries: Full trailer loads and container deliveries must be scheduled with Tarlu in advance. Any non-booked deliveries will either be rejected or subject to additional labour fees. £22.50 per labour hour
Late Deliveries: Full trailer loads and container deliveries must be booked with Tarlu in advance. Deliveries that arrive over 30 minutes late incur late fees and may be subject to rejection. Fines are not issued when transport is arranged by Tarlu. £150 per delivery
Out of Hour Deliveries: Deliveries should be scheduled during working hours only. If Tarlu staff have to work past normal hours to accommodate a delivery, then an additional fee will be charged. £22.50 per labour hour.
Missing ASN: Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN’S) must be raised on Tarlu’s Warehouse Management System prior to Tarlu receiving deliveries. Deliveries arriving without an ASN, will be charged a missing ASN fee and you run the risk of your delivery being rejected. £5.00 per delivery
Missing ASN Delays: If deliveries remain on site with no ASN being created for a period of over 24 hours, Tarlu reserves the right to charge storage at double the standard rate until an ASN has been created.
Express Booking In: Deliveries requested to be booked in immediately on arrival – subject to availability, will be referred to as ‘Tarlu Queue Jump.’ £10 per delivery plus double the ‘goods in’ fee.
Non-labelled Goods: Any goods not labelled with a scannable barcode will be labelled by Tarlu. £0.10 per label (Minimum labelling run of £7.50)
Rework of Items: Goods that do not arrive in a suitable condition to be processed efficiently may be subject to reworking costs. Examples include collapsed pallets, broken glass and spilt liquids. £22.50 per labour hour plus packaging resources
Storage
Inaccurate Weights & Dimensions: Clients are responsible for providing accurate weights and dimensions for products. Items that arrive with no weights and dimensions, or are found to have inaccurate data, will be weighed and measured with a charge for the time spent. Storage bills may be backdated for goods that were undercharged due to inaccurate data being supplied by the client. £22.50 per labour hour
Picking
Express Pick: Urgent orders that require processing after order cut off can be done subject to availability. £5.00 plus double ‘pick’ fee
Weights and Dimensions Requests: £5.00 per parcel or pallet
Cancelled Orders / Order Intercept: £5.00 or pick fee (whatever is greater).
Printed Despatch Note: Applicable only if agreed for all eCommerce orders. Not applicable for ad hoc shipments. £0.10 per order - price will increase first item pick fee at an account level
Hand Written Gift Messages / Cards: Card must be supplied. £2.00 per card / message.
Packing
Labelling (including FBA Item Labelling): Orders or items that require additional or specific labels to be applied (not including Tarlu shipping label). £0.10 per label (minimum labelling run £7.50)
Bespoke Packing Instructions: By agreement.
Shipping
Manual Order Creation: £2.00 per order plus £0.20 per SKU.
Order Editing (including address corrections): £1.00 per order
Quote for Shipping: £5.00 - Pick and pack fees charged if order is cancelled.
Booking - in Deliveries with Recipients: £10.00 per booking.
Shipping Via Client Carrier Account (Ad - Hoc): £2.00 admin fee per order.
Missing Export Data: £2.50 per order.
Cancelled Orders / Order Intercept: £5.00 or pick fee (whichever is greater).
Returns Processing
Reworking On Standard Returns Processing Service: If re-working of returns is required for clients on the Standard Returns Processing Service only, then labour for this will be charged at the standard hourly rate. £22.50 labour hour
Dead Stock: Tarlu reserves the right to ship return stock back to the client or dispose of it if nothing has happened with it after 30 days. All charges to be paid by the client
Information Technology & Data Management
Ad - Hoc Data Support: £50 per hour.
Addition of New Integrated Sales Channel: £50 per sales channel.
Re-authorisation of Integrated Sales Channels: £10 per sales channel.
Integration Support / Troubleshooting: £50 per hour.
WMS Support: FREE for 12 weeks / £50 per hour thereafter.
Custom Template Support: £50 per hour.
Premium Integrations: Some integrations are subject to additional costs. Please request details.
Assembly
Availability: Priority is given to clients committing to a minimum level of output per week. All other jobs will be booked in on a first come first served basis.
Goods In of Assembled Stock: Assembled stock will be checked in at the standard goods in rate.
Stock Check
Availability: Full stock checks must be scheduled in advance. Tarlu cannot guarantee availability for full stock checks on all dates requested. Stock checks charged at £22.50 per labour hour
Out of Hours: Additional charges may apply if stock checks need to be completed outside of normal working hours such as weekends, evenings, or bank holidays.
